p0219 fault code. have a 2011 mondeo 2.0 tdci which sometimes cuts out. when the engine stops its starts up straight away. the only code is p0219. ive changed the camshaft and crankshaft sensors. also changed the lambda sensor. wiring looks ok as well. any ideas folks.
